Originally it was a house for servants, which was part of a large castle complex. A porter and a security guard lived there. Almost every villa in France has a name.
This one is called “Le Tout Petit” which means “Tiny”. The Mediterranean Rococo Villa is only 98m2 and is located on the ground floor, first floor and attic. The attic was inaccessible, very low celing. We decided to lower the first floor and enter the stairs in the body of the building, thanks to which we gained access to the attic, where a room for children was created. The room under the gable roof at the highest point is 180 cm, at the lowest only 140 cm, the staircase opening is secured by a trampoline, which has become part of the children’s room.
Projekt elewacji zakłada zmianę kolorystyki i dostosowanie jej do stylu bardziej południowego.
